Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Intern to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about marketing and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced agency environment. The Marketing Intern will assist in executing social media campaigns, content creation, and support various marketing initiatives for ZenZero and our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Social Media: Assist in creating content for social media channels, including graphics, captions, and engagement strategies across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Campaign Support: Help develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid social, email marketing, and influencer outreach.
• Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audiences to inform marketing strategies.
• Analytics & Reporting: Assist with tracking, measuring, and analysing the performance of social media posts and campaigns. Compile monthly reports to share key insights with the team.
• Community Management: Monitor and engage with our online communities across social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely manner.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Graphic Design and Content teams to ensure branding and messaging consistency across channels.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, with an eye for design and brand consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools is a plus.
